About
Since 2013, our community center located in Rosarito, Mexico, has provided vital year-round support to families and children in need.
Where we serve
The EOAC Center is located in a rural area of Tijuana, near Rosarito. Originally built as Soledad's home in 2001, it became our project base in 2013.
How we help
All support is made possible through generous donations of goods and funds that help maintain our programs and activities throughout the year.
Our commitment
Our board of directors visit twice a year, organizing large community events to check in with families, hear their stories, and assess current needs.
