In 2022, Eyes of a Child partnered with Associação Comunitária Criança Feliz (ACCF), a Brazilian non-profit organization located in Sete Lagoas, Minas Gerais. ACCF supports local families and children through literacy programs, food assistance, and community care.
How we Help
EOAC supports over 20 children by providing food, school supplies, uniforms, clothing, and shoes, while organizing joyful gatherings such as Back to School, Children’s Day, and Holiday events. Through donations of goods and funds, we help maintain ACCF’s ongoing programs throughout the year.
Why it matters
What began as a partnership has grown into a mission built on trust and compassion, ensuring that every child served by ACCF feels supported, valued, and full of hope.

Iguatú
About
In 2024, Eyes of a Child expanded to the city of Iguatu, in the state of Ceará, Brazil, where many children live without access to basic medical or dental care. Seeing this need, EOAC launched health-focused initiatives to promote wellness and education among local families.
How we Help
In Iguatu, EOAC supports over 30 children by providing school supplies, uniforms, and access to medical and dental care. We also organize joyful gatherings such as Children’s Day, social activities, and holiday celebrations to inspire learning, health, and happiness.
Why It Matters
Ceará is one of Brazil’s most vulnerable states, where many families face food insecurity and limited access to healthcare. In rural areas like Iguatu, children often lack basic resources such as school supplies and dental care. Our work helps close this gap, supporting education, health, and hope for a brighter future.
